  I could not have been in better hands then I was at Mounce Automotive. I have an RV that broke down (the alternator pulley fell off its axis). I had my young son with me on our way back back from a family event, we had a long way to go ~ (Wisconsin) I left the rv at Mounce not knowing their reputation but knowing I had no real choice and I needed to get my son back home. The next day I received a call from Mike who was very much a right to the point no nonsense person. Mike had the problem solved and was empathetic to my situation, I could not make it back there for two weeks, the two weeks turned quickly into 6 weeks. My job keeps me busy with not much time to spare. I explained the situation and once more Mike was understanding. I asked mike to please make certain this RV was gonna be able to make it. Mike went through the RV found a leak in a fuel line and fixed it.. when I called him to explain I would be there he asked if he and his wife could help out be driving the RV and meeting me half way ! This is the kind of person we all talk about .... the guy who can fix everything, the one we all wanna refer our friends too because they are that great ~ I refer anyone and all of you reading this to go to Mounce Automotive because they are truly a fantastic business that put people first, Mike put my family first when he didn't have too ~ for that I will always count on his advice on anything automotive ! BTW the RV drove without any issues all the way back to Appleton Wisconsin. Thank you Mike and God Bless you and your team !
